Latin.png Latin text

Deus meus es Tu, et confitebor Tibi,
Deus meus es Tu, et exsultabo Te.
Confitebor Tibi, quoniam exaudisti me
et factus es mihi in salutem.

Jesu nostri miserere, Tu nos parce, nos tuere,
fac videre in terra viventium.
Cohe pedes et sodales, fac sanctorum civium.
Amen.

Propitius esto,
Domine, peccatis nostris,
nequando discant gentes: Ubi est Deus eorum?
Adjuva nos Deus salutaris noster,
et propter honorem nominis Tui, Domine, libera nos.

Domine, Dominus noster, quam admirabile
est nomen Tuum in universa terra,
quonia[m] elevata est magnificentia Tua super coelos.

Esto mihi in Deum protectorem
et in [eum] locum refugii, ut salvum me facias.

In Deo speravit cor meum
et adjustus sum et refloruit caro mea,
et ex voluntate mea confitebar illi,
ad Te Domine, ad Te clamavi,
Deus meus, ne sileas, ne discedas.
Amen.

English.png English translation

You are my God, and I will praise You,
You are my God, and shall I exalt You.
I will praise You, for You have heard me,
and have become my salvation.

By Jesus have mercy on us, spare us, keep us,
let us see you in the land of the living.
Keep our feet and friends, and build the city of saints.
Let it be so.

Be merciful,
o Lord, of our sins,
so that never may the Gentiles say: Where is their God?
Help us, O God of our salvation,
and for the glory of Your name, O Lord, deliver us.

O Lord, [for] the Lord is our God, how excellent
is your name in all the earth,
because you have set your glory above the heavens.

May I find in God a protector
and a place of refuge, so that you may save me.

My heart trusted in God,
and I am saved and came alive again in my flesh,
and of my own will shall I trust in Him,
unto you, o Lord, unto you have I called,
God, be not silent, abandon me not.
Let it be so.
