ChoralWiki:CPDL server migration finally completed

The migration from the server hosting the CPDL ChoralWiki to a new site has finally been done, after many problems which required ChoralWiki to remain in read only mode much longer than anticipated. Finally, though, after all the delays and inability of the former server to load pages, ChoralWiki seems to be functioning much better - and faster!

Please note: Until we do some more adjustments and can get the DNS for cpdl.org reprogrammed, www.CPDL.org will be automatically redirected to www.ChoralWiki.org. You should see little, if any, effects from this except for http://www.choralwiki.org/wiki/... in the URL space in your browser.
