Gott! du unser Gott!
du bist unsre Zuversicht,
der Helfer in Nöten und Gefahren,
die allenthalben uns drängen.

Drum werden wir nie verzagen,
wenn auch wankte die Erde und Berge
sänken nieder in den Abgrund.
