Description: A spiritual song of African-American origin (Jackson 1944, pp. 180-181). There is also a different hymn-tune using the same or similar words. The chorus (Give me Jesus! Give me Jesus! You may have all the world! Give me Jesus!) has been tacked on to many other gospel and revival songs. Several recent arrangements and recordings.
