Died: 9 April 1869
Biography:
Kristján Jónsson fjallaskáld vas born in Kelduhverfi in North-Iceland. Studied at Lærða skolan í Reykjavík from 1864-1868 when he moved to Vopnafjörður in East-Iceland and worked there as school teacher. He died in the next year, at the age of only 26.
