- Editor: Christopher Shaw (submitted 2011-06-19). Score information: A4, 15 pages, 147 kB Copyright: Personal
- Edition notes: Includes a keyboard reduction of the a cappella choral score. Please click on the link for preview/playback/PDF download. Sometimes the waters of Helicon are quaffed by as many (sequentially) as the tap water of London is reputed to be. This edition relies heavily on Rimbault's 1847 revision of Samuel Arnold's "Cathedral Music", itself based upon items which William Boyce was unable to include in his own collection, which was, in its own turn, derived from items passed to him by Maurice Greene. Time willing, I hope to identify reliable earlier sources, and to eliminate anachronistic misreadings and "improvements". At which point this caveat will be suppressed.
