Et ne permittas me separari a te
Ab hoste maligno defende me
In hora mortis meae
Voca me et pone me juxta te
Ut cum angelis et sanctis tuis
Laudem te, Dominum, Salvatorem meum

O sweet Jesus, hear me,
and suffer me not to be parted from you.
From the evil one, defend me.
At the hour of my death, call me,
And place me next to you,
So that, with your angels and saints,
