The piece has a stunning opening line with an unbelievably climactic cadence point, considering it's only a first line. The treble duet is pretty, though slightly underwhelming. A beautiful piece. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 195.172.60.110 (talkcontribs) on 16:06, 17 October 2005.

Errors in CPDL #12072

Info moved here when it was reported that errors in the edition have been corrected
Opening chord from the organ is missing (see other editions). Incorrectly includes extra notes for the tenors at the top of the fourth page - should be unison with basses. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Bobnotts (talkcontribs) on 03:31, 18 July 2008.

Errors in CPDL #432

I am truly sorry, but the Midi-file is riddled with errors. There are many, many missing natural signs: see bars 38 and 39 for a start. The soprano voice is put on in the bass staff from bar 44... and so on. The PDF's do not agree, for instance in bar 7, bass, first note.

Having said all that, I am still grateful for this page - I needed it! TheSnark 08:15, 7 April 2009 (UTC)

Errors in CPDL #32353

Sorry... Organ part is incomplete. Notes are missing from the whole passage from m. 21. Registration indications are missing and choir reductions are included in the organ part without indication (e.g. 121-125 and its repeat). I realize the latter raises a performance practice issue, but perhaps it could be made clearer in the score? Dbaskeyfield (talk) 20:37, 9 September 2014 (UTC)
