Title misspelt in both the pdf and the Capella files: chiel for ciel
Also page name misspelt: French et for Italian e, so has been moved.

I checked Gardano's 1563 print http://stimmbuecher.digitale-sammlungen.de/view?id=bsb00071993 at the München DigitalisierungsZentrum, and it has "Hor che'l ciel & la terra" both in the index and in the lyrics. I also encountered in other Gardano prints Italian text where instead of "e" the sign "&" was written, which was surely read as "e", just as in modern English "&" is read as "and". Granted chiel is a mistake, but as to the others -- this can't be the only time this issue has come up, and I think we need to give editors some discretion. There are good arguments for modernizing the text and for keeping it faithful to the source editions even where the spelling is variant, substandard, or just plain wrong.
Petrarch (Letteratura italiana Einaudi edition) has "Or che ’l ciel et la terra." Cipriano de Rore's Il Primo Libro di Madrigale ... a Cinque Voci (Venice: Gardano, 1552) has "Hor ch'el ciel & la terra." Whether to trim off the leading "H"; correct the plainly wrong "ch'el" to "che'l"; construe "&" as Petrarch's "et" or modern Italian's "e"; and add missing diacritics (e.g., where Gardano has "dí" for "di") should, I think, be up to the editor.
Where it impacts the page title, I can see "correcting" it--but the software ought to be able to handle such variants. (For all I know, it already does.) Jmkelly (talk) 22:31, 14 May 2019 (UTC)
