It isn´t an anonymous work. The first edition of this score was made by the Spanish  "Student´s  Residence"  in  1924.  It´s a popular song from Cantabria,  in  the  north  of  Spain,  arranged by Eduardo Martínez Torner. Torner lived in that residence from 1916 to 1920.
