Beati mortui in Domino morientes deinceps.
Dicit enim spiritus, ut requescant a laboribus suis
et opera illorum sequentuur ipsos.

German translation

Selig sind die Toten, die in dem Herrn sterben.
So spricht der Geist des Herrn:
Sie sollen ruhen von Ihren Mühen,
und ihre Werke folgen Ihnen nach.
