Dov' io credea le mie speranze havere
il cor sincero, che con fede amava,
ivi trovai smarita piu la fede,
senza speme tradito al fin si vede,
cosi va chi tropp'ama e troppo crede.

Il mio amor, la mia fed'e l'altru'inganno,
lasso, ch'io ben m'accorgo e tardi il veggio,
d'un infinito duol mi fanno herede,
