Latin text 2:1 Dum complerentur dies Pentecostes, erant omnes in eodem 2:2 et factus est repente de caelo sonus tanquam spiritus vehementis, et replevit totam domum, ubi erant sedentes.
2:4 et repleti sunt omnes Spiritu Sancto et caeperunt loqui variis linguis Variant 1 John 20:19 Dum ergo essent in unum discipuli congregati, propter metum iudæorum 2:2 sonus repente de coelo venit super eos, tamquam spiritus vehementis, et replevit totam domum. |
English translation 2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2:2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
