Factus est repénte de caelo sonus,
adveniéntus spíritus veheméntis, allelúia:
et replévit totam domum
ubi erant apóstoli, allelúia;

et coepérunt loqui, allelúia.
Spíritus Dómini replévit orbem terrárum, alleluia.

English.png English translation

Suddenly, there came a sound from heaven,
like the rush of a mighty wind, alleluia:
and it filled the whole house
where the apostles were, alleluia;
and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit,
and began to speak, alleluia.
The Spirit of the Lord has filled the whole world, alleluia.
