Life

Born: c. 1500?

Died: 18 August 1565

Biography Buus is first documented by pieces in French anthologies from 1538 on, including some Protestant chansons spirituelles. In 1541 he became first organist at San Marco, Venice, but from 1550 on worked in Vienna.
