Background
Komm, Gott Schöpfer, heiliger Geist is a metrical version by Martin Luther of the Vesper hymn for Pentecost Veni Creator Spiritus. Neither should not be confused with Komm, heiliger Geist, a version of the Pentecost sequence Veni Sancte Spiritus.
