Latin text Pacis amans cultorque Deum fideique lucerna, rex grande Austriadum Maximiliane decus, in te omnis virtus nata est, rex faxit Olympi imperii ut possis sceptra tenere semel. Secunda Pars Te nunc lætetur sortita Bohemia regem, qui veræ partes religionis agis, et divina sacræ fidei qui jura tueris, te Deus in multos det superesse dies.

English translation Lover of peace and worshipper of God and light of the faith, Maximilian, great king and splendor of the Austrians, in you every virtue is born, the King of Heaven has ordained that you may once and for all hold the royal crowns. Second part Let Bohemia now rejoice having been allotted to you as king, who advances the true cause of religion, and who upholds the divine laws of sacred faith, may God grant you to live for many days.
