A further error can be found in bars 43-44, where the alto and first bass appear to sing in parallel octaves, only with different words. Andrew Maruzzella's edition shows the solution to be as follows: the last note in bar 43 should be F in the alto, D in the first bass. The same source confirms the suspicion that second bass's note in bar 41 should be a minim, undotted. - Mick Swithinbank 17:54, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
