Note that the layout of the verse on this page is incorrect, which obscures the rhyme scheme as well as the form of the poem. It is, in fact, a sonnet: 8 lines, then 6, with the sonnet's usual rhyming: ABBA ABBA, CDC DCD.

Thanks for your comment. However, in my edition, bar 54 Bass is a B ♮, although it isn't in #28814, which was my source. Is that what you meant?
