Born: c. 1545, Brussels

Died: after 1618, Brussels

Biography:
Flemish composer, younger brother of Geert van Turnhout. The family name was ‘Jacques’, which has given rise to the alternate Christian name ‘Jean-Jacques’ or ‘Jan-Jacob’.
