The opening words of the first verse are given in the source, as 'Against all those &.', with the title 'Ps. 35th' also indicating the text: the first four verses are given here. The F on beat 2 of bar 12 in the alto part has no accidental in the source, but instances of repeated accidentals within a bar elsewhere in the book indicate a convention that they apply only to a single note.
