Latin text Cantantibus organis, Caecilia Domino decantabat, dicens: "Fiat cor meum immaculatum, ut non confundar".

English translation While the organs were playing, Cecilia sung to the Lord, saying: "Lord, let my heart be pure so that I may never be confounded".
