{{Cleanup|Is Lowell Mason in fact the composer? In this case, a page for him must be created and this page moved to correct title. --[[User:Carlos|Carlos]]<small>[[User talk:Carlos|Talk]]</small> 13:46, 4 July 2008 (PDT)
Händel is the composer. Mason took Händel's Messiah and arranged some of the melodies to the lyrics "Joy to the World". This makes Mason the arranger, but Händel is still the composer.
