O felice hore o giorno fortunato,
In cui gratie non pur ma incensi e voti,
Debbiam'al Re del ciel render devoti,
Ch'aperse a nostri di si nobil fato.
Ha di far tutta Italia congiurato,
Col nome i vostr'honor e chiari e noti,
Alle genti piu strane à piu remoti
Populi mentr'al ciel, v'hann'inalzato.
Per mostrar gioia del conubio vostro,
La Reina del mare al suo signore,
Vestita si mostrò di biffo e d'ostro,
E replicò piu volte o felici hore,
Poi che non vidd'il prisco o'l secol nostro,
Tanta pompa real, tanto splendore.
