English translation
Hail, only mother of God and Virgin Mary,
the Lord is with thee alone.
Thou art full of grace above all,
thou art blessed above all women.
Blessed Jesus, he who was the fruit of thy womb,
have mercy on thy people now and at the end:
I pray, O abandon me not to death.
