Sitientes venite ad aquas, dicit Dominus: et qui non habetis pretium, venite, et bibite cum laetitia, dicit Dominus.
English translation
You who thirst, come to the waters, saith the Lord; and you who have not the price, come, and drink with joy, saith the Lord.
