11:29 Tollite jugum meum super vos, dicit Dominus, et discite a me, quia mitis sum, et humilis corde:
11:30 Jugum enim meum suave est, et onus meum leve.
English translation
11:29 Take up my yoke upon you, saith the Lord, and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart:
11:30 For my yoke is sweet and my burden is light.
