Ved'ogni selva revestir le frondi
et ogni prato di fioretti adorno,
spieg'Apollo i suoi crin aurati e biondi
e rend' allegro e grato ogni contorto.
Quiete son di Nettun l'acque marine,
spirano sole i piu benigni venti,
sol questo Amor crudel non da mai fine
al pianto mie agrav' i miei tormenti.
